What equipment do I need to get started?

All you need is a mat to enjoy your Lindywell workouts!

If you want to add additional variety to your workouts to include props, there are workouts that include props like hand weights, a Pilates ring or ball, a foam roller or resistance bands. The equipment is always optional and suggestions for alternative household items are offered. You’ll love how each video has workout details listed to let you know if any optional props are used!
