Can I join Lindywell if I’m pregnant or hoping to become pregnant?

Yes! We've heard from so many members who practiced Pilates during their pregnancy and said it contributed to a smoother delivery, recovery process, and postpartum season as well.

We always recommend you check with your health care provider first and listen to your body whenever doing Pilates. Most women need to start modifying around 13-15 weeks. The workout library includes a prenatal-friendly filter to make it easy to find workouts to use throughout your pregnancy.
