How do I update my payment information?
Thank you for keeping your payment information up-to-date! To update your payment information, please login to your account page here from a web browser (not available within the app). Then please:
- Go to the "Membership Tab"
- Select "View" next to your current membership.
- Select "Change Payment" below your membership details
- Enter your updated payment information and submit it
- You are set!
If you have difficulty updating your payment information, please confirm that your billing address has also been updated. Here's how:
- Go the to "Addresses" tab, update your billing address to the appropriate address, check the box to confirm your new address for future renewals, and save your changes
- If your address already appears to be correct, please click "edit" on your billing address, ensure all your information is correct, then check the box to confirm your address for future renewals, and save it to ensure your billing address will properly sync to your new payment method.
Please note: If you started your membership through the Apple App Store, you can edit or manage your subscription through your Apple device. Here's how:
1. Go to your device Settings
2. Tap your name/photo
3. Tap "subscriptions" to manage your membership or tap "Payment & Shipping" to update your payment method.
