I’m pregnant, where do I find the prenatal resources?
Congratulations on your little one on the way!
You can quickly access all of the prenatal-friendly workouts by going to the "Move" tab, then clicking on the 3 lines to the right of the search bar at the top of the page, then scroll down to choose "Prenatal-Friendly" under the “Focus” category.
During your 2nd and 3rd trimesters, you may use these curated calendars of Lindywell workouts or use the blank calendar to track your chosen workouts.
