I’m pregnant, where do I find the prenatal resources?
You can quickly access all of the prenatal-friendly workouts by going to the "Workouts" tab and the “Focus” area, then selecting “Prenatal Friendly” to choose your workout. During your 2nd and 3rd trimesters you may use these curated schedules of Lindywell workouts that can be used throughout the prenatal season or use the blank calendar to track your chosen workouts.
