What is the cancellation and refund policy for membership?

You can cancel your membership anytime, easily, right within your account on a web browser: https://lindywell.com/my-account/. There are no hidden fees or contracts.

As a monthly or quarterly member, you can cancel anytime and you will no longer be charged. You’ll continue to have access to all of your Lindywell resources for the remainder of your membership.

As an annual member, you may also cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days from purchase, you qualify for a full refund. To receive a refund, simply email hello@lindywell.com with your request.

After your first 30 days as an annual member, you can still cancel at any time to avoid automatic renewal and still have access to your membership until it expires.

Prorated refunds on annual membership and refunds for monthly and quarterly memberships are not available.
