How do I update to the latest version of the app?
It’s easy and important to ensure you have the latest version of the app. If you are not seeing the prompts to update when you open your
Lindywell app, here’s how to do it manually from your device:
Apple:
- Open the App Store
- Tap on the search tab
- Search Lindywell
- Select "Update" or the cloud with the downward arrow
If no update is available, it will display the option to “Open”. Click on the Lindywell logo to see your version number.
Android:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- At the top right, tap the profile icon
- Tap “Manage Apps & Device” and locate “Lindywell”
- Tap Update
Apps with an update available are labeled “Update available”.
Web version:
Log out of your membership (by going to the “More” tab and “Account Settings” or click here and log out at the bottom of the screen)
- Login again here
