How do I return my Lindywell products?

Lindywell Pilates Gear

If your Pilates gear (Mat, Water Bottle, Prop Kit, Resistance Bands and Weights), has a manufacturer defect, you have 30 days to request a return or exchange.

Please email us at hello@lindywell.com and our team will help you complete your return or exchange of products purchased from the Lindywell Shop. Once your return is received, we will send your exchange item or issue your refund.

Please note: Shipping fees are not eligible for refund and you are responsible for return shipping fees.

As we do not have the access or ability to manage or refund purchases made from Amazon, because they are managed by Amazon directly, we would recommend going to Your Amazon Orders to display your recent orders. Then click on the "Get Help" or "Get Product Support" buttons and follow the prompts for return.
