How do I return my Lindywell products?

Lindywell Pilates Gear

The Lindywell return policy allows returns or exchanges if the item is unused and in its original packaging. If your Pilates gear is damaged or has a manufacturer defect, the Lindywell Care Team will gladly process a replacement or refund.

Please email us at hello@lindywell.com within 30 days of receiving your Lindywell products. Please include your request for a refund or replacement and any details or photos of the damage or defect.

Once your return is received, we will send your exchange item or issue your refund.

Please note: Shipping fees are not eligible for refund and you are responsible for return shipping fees.

Lindywell Amazon Shop

As we do not have the access or ability to manage or refund purchases made from Amazon, because they are managed by Amazon directly, we would recommend going to Your Amazon Orders to display your recent orders. Then click on the "Get Help" or "Get Product Support" buttons and follow the prompts for return.
