How often should I practice breathwork?

You can safely practice breathwork daily if you like and more than once a day when using one of our short sessions in your app. Breathwork can help your body get back into a rest-and-digest state, which often leads to a feeling of calmness. Using breathwork is a beautiful way to begin and end your day.
