Lindywell members can find the Pilates for Beginners series in your Move Library. Simply click on your “Move” tab and enter “Pilates for Beginners” into the search bar. Or click on the three horizontal lines to the right of the search bar and scroll down to the “Series” category and click on “Pilates for Beginners.”
