What is the breath test?

The Breath Test in the Lindywell App is available to you as a tool to provide you with valuable insights and data into the efficiency of your lungs, your respiratory and cardiovascular fitness, as well as your overall well-being.


Monitoring changes over time can help signal potential issues and empower you to make informed decisions for a healthier respiratory system with improved oxygenation, better endurance, and overall vitality.


As always, we recommend that you listen to your body. Stop and breathe normally should you feel lightheaded. We also recommend that you complete the Breath Test on an empty stomach and avoid performing the test if you’re pregnant or have any significant or concerning health issues.
