What is the refund policy for Exhale Hour?

Refunds are not available as replays of Exhale Hour are provided to all registrants.

The replay will be emailed to all registrants and will be available to enjoy anytime for 5 days. We recommend downloading the replay to your computer or device directly, so that you are sure to have it available whenever you need it most!

If you prefer to change the date of the Exhale Hour session you registered for, please reach out to hello@lindywell.com within 48 hours prior to the start of the event. Please provide the date that you would prefer to transfer your registration and The Care Team will be happy to assist you!
