Do I need props for this challenge?

Adding props for this challenge is completely optional! You can start with light hand weights or increase your weight to challenge yourself in the way that feels best for you. Robin switches between a variety of weights including 2lb, 8lb, and 10lb weights depending on how she's feeling each day.

If you don't have hand weights or an exercise band available to you, no worries! You can always try some items that can be found around your home. 

Remember, using bodyweight alone is an extremely effective way to build strength and work towards your goals too!
