Do I need any equipment?
No! You can participate no matter what equipment you have at home. The large majority of the workouts in the 21-Day Jumpstart are equipment-free, and a few workouts incorporate small props such as light handweights and a band.
But don’t worry, we provide guidance to ensure you get a great workout with or without props and also provide a Prop Swap guide when you join the program to help you find household items that provide the same benefits!
