How do I track completed walks and recipes?

Automatically track your Pilates workouts or completed walking meditations by clicking the checkmark above the video. It will then be marked complete under “My Activity” in the calendar tab of your app. 


Here’s how to manually track your walks and recipes:


  • Click on your calendar tab.
  • Click on the plus icon at the top right of your screen.
  • Choose the date and description of your activity. 
  • Don’t forget to click “Save” and celebrate your hard work in your “My Activity” calendar!

Please note, including the duration of your activity is optional. When used, the time will be added to your “Minutes spent on my mat” in your My Journey stats. To view your My Journey stats, click on the graph icon at the top of your Calendar tab. 


Remember, tracking every activity is not required to participate in the 3-2-1 Challenge, you pick what motivates you and helps you feel successful! We are cheering you on this month and beyond!
