What foods will I eat in the program?

The meal plan focuses on simple, yet nourishing meals that support blood sugar regulation, reducing inflammation, hormone health and metabolic flexibility. The meals are primarily gluten and dairy free, and full of fresh, seasonal flavor. They are designs with flexibility in mind. Vegetarian and vegan substitutions are provided.
