Do I need any equipment for the 21-Day Jumpstart?
No equipment is required. You can participate fully no matter what you have at home. Most workouts in the 21-Day Jumpstart are equipment free, and a few use small props such as light hand weights or a band.
If you do not have props, no problem. We provide guidance to make sure you get a great workout with or without them. You also receive a Prop Swap guide when you join, showing you how to use common household items as effective alternatives.
