How do I add manual activity to my Calendar?

You can manually track activities beyond workouts and breathwork in your My Activity Calendar to capture all the ways you move and care for your body.

To add an activity:

  1. Open the Calendar tab in the Lindywell app.

  2. Tap the plus (+) icon in the top right corner.

  3. Enter the date, duration, and description of your activity.

    • Duration is optional, but if added, it will count toward your Minutes on the Mat in your My Journey stats.

  4. Tap Save to log your activity.

You can also use the plus (+) icon to remove past activities or add specific workouts to previous dates. To view your overall progress, tap the graph icon at the top of the Calendar tab to open My Journey.
