How do I adjust the quality of my videos?

If your workout video is freezing, buffering, or looks grainy, you can adjust the video quality:

  1. Play the workout in your app.
  2. Tap the A (Auto) box in the top right corner of the video.
  3. Select your preferred quality from the dropdown menu. HD or 4K (720p and higher) will provide the sharpest image.
