How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your Lindywell membership anytime from your account page on a web browser. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account page (note: cancellation isn’t available in the app).

  2. Select the Membership tab. 

  3. Click View on your current active membership and then click Cancel below the membership details. 

If your Lindywell membership was started through the App Store, it is managed by Apple. Because of this, cancellations must be handled directly through your Apple ID.

To cancel an Apple subscription:

  1. Open Settings on your device

  2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions

  3. Select Lindywell and tap Cancel Subscription

A quick note: If you’re on an annual plan and cancel within 30 days of purchase, fill out this form to receive a full refund. After 30 days, your plan will continue until the end of your year, and refunds are not available.
