# How do I clear my cookies to fix loading or login issues?

If you’re having trouble loading your Lindywell workouts or logging in, clearing your browser cookies often helps. Cookies store small bits of website data, and removing them can fix common issues like old information or formatting errors.

### How to clear your cookies

### After clearing your cookies

Once cleared, open a new browser window and go to [https://app.lindywell.com/](https://app.lindywell.com/) to log in again.

#### Chrome

1. Open Chrome and click the three dots in the top right corner.
2. Select **Settings**, then **Privacy and Security**.
3. Click **Site Settings**, then **Cookies and Site Data**.
4. Select **See all cookies and site data**.
5. Search for “Lindywell.”
6. Click the trash can icon to remove it.

#### Safari (Mac)

1. Open **Safari**, then click **Settings** (or **Preferences**) in the top left corner.
2. Go to the **Privacy** tab.
3. Click **Manage Website Data**.
4. Search for “Lindywell.”
5. Select it and click **Remove**, then **Done**.

#### Safari (iPhone or iPad)

1. Open the **Settings** app and select **Safari**.
2. Scroll down and tap **Advanced**, then **Website Data**.
3. Search for “Lindywell.”
4. Swipe left on it and tap **Delete**.
5. Return to Safari and log in again.

#### Firefox

1. Click **Firefox** in the top left corner and select **Settings**.
2. Choose the **Privacy & Security** panel.
3. Under **Cookies and Site Data**, click **Manage Data**.
4. Search for “Lindywell.”
5. Select it and click **Remove Selected**, then **Save Changes**.

#### Microsoft Edge

1. Click the three dots in the top right corner and select **Settings**.
2. Choose **Privacy, search, and services**.
3. Under **Clear browsing data**, select **Choose what to clear**.
4. Check **Cookies and other site data** and **Cached images and files**.
5. Click **Clear now**.
