How do I clear my cookies to fix loading or login issues?

If you’re having trouble loading your Lindywell workouts or logging in, clearing your browser cookies often helps. Cookies store small bits of website data, and removing them can fix common issues like old information or formatting errors.

How to clear your cookies

After clearing your cookies

Once cleared, open a new browser window and go to https://app.lindywell.com/ to log in again.

Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and click the three dots in the top right corner.

  2. Select Settings, then Privacy and Security.

  3. Click Site Settings, then Cookies and Site Data.

  4. Select See all cookies and site data.

  5. Search for “Lindywell.”

  6. Click the trash can icon to remove it.

Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari, then click Settings (or Preferences) in the top left corner.

  2. Go to the Privacy tab.

  3. Click Manage Website Data.

  4. Search for “Lindywell.”

  5. Select it and click Remove, then Done.

Safari (iPhone or iPad)

  1. Open the Settings app and select Safari.

  2. Scroll down and tap Advanced, then Website Data.

  3. Search for “Lindywell.”

  4. Swipe left on it and tap Delete.

  5. Return to Safari and log in again.

Firefox

  1. Click Firefox in the top left corner and select Settings.

  2. Choose the Privacy & Security panel.

  3. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Manage Data.

  4. Search for “Lindywell.”

  5. Select it and click Remove Selected, then Save Changes.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three dots in the top right corner and select Settings.

  2. Choose Privacy, search, and services.

  3. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

  4. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear now.
