How Do I Get Started with the 21-Day Jumpstart?
How you access the 21-Day Jumpstart depends on whether you are already a Lindywell member.
If you are not yet a member:
You can join the 21-Day Jumpstart Program at any time. We offer guided group rounds starting every Monday, with step-by-step guidance and extra support so you never feel alone in your journey. Workouts are just 10 minutes a day and can be done anytime, anywhere.
If you are already a Lindywell member:
You already have access to all 21-Day Jumpstart workouts and motivational videos in your app. To find them:
- Open the Move library in the Lindywell app.
- Tap the three horizontal lines to the right of the search bar.
- Scroll through the Series filter and select 21-Day Lindywell Jumpstart.
