How do I join 21-Day Jumpstart as a Lindywell member?

Great news! As a Lindywell member, you already have access to all of the 21-Day Jumpstart workouts and motivational videos in your Lindywell app.

You can find the 21-Day Jumpstart workouts and resources by scrolling down to the "series" category in your Move library. You can also click on the 3 horizontal lines to the right of the search bar and scroll through the Series filter.

21-Day Jumpstart is designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and develop a sustainable Pilates routine in just 10 minutes a day and we can't wait to jumpstart with you!
