# How do I make sure I get Lindywell emails and notifications?

We want you to enjoy every bit of encouragement and support we send your way! Here are a few simple steps to stay connected:

1. Emails
   
     - Addhello@lindywell.com to your contacts or safelist.
     - Check your spam, promotions, or “other” tabs and mark Lindywell emails as safe if they land there.

     - Open your Lindywell app → More tab → Account Settings → toggle Allow Notifications.
     - This lets us send you wellness nudges, new workout alerts, and encouragement right to your lock screen.
