# How do I redeem a gift membership?

Whether you’re brand new to Lindywell or already a member, redeeming your gift is quick and easy.

**If you’re already a member**

1. Copy the coupon code from your gift membership email.
2. Go to the [gift membership page](https://lindywell.com/redeem-gift-membership/).
3. Scroll to *Adding to Your Current Membership*, enter the email linked to your account, and paste your code.
4. Click *Redeem Gift Membership*. Your gift will be applied automatically and extend your renewal date.

**If you’re new or returning to Lindywell**

1. Go to the [gift membership page](https://lindywell.com/redeem-gift-membership/).
2. Select *New or Returning to Lindywell?* and choose the length of your gift membership.![Screenshot-2024-11-27-at-4-59-10-PM](https://app.hubspot.com/api/filemanager/api/v2/files/192350220807/signed-url-redirect?portalId=21148460)
3. Click *Start Your Membership* to add it to your cart.
4. Enter your coupon code and select *Apply Coupon*.
5. Once the total updates, proceed to checkout, enter your contact details, and create your account.
