# How do I return an item that I purchased from Amazon?

If you purchased your Lindywell product from Amazon, your return will be handled directly through Amazon’s system. Here’s how:

1. Go to Your Amazon Orders
2. Find your Lindywell item
3. Select Get Help or Get Product Support and follow the steps provided

Since Amazon fulfills and manages these orders, our Care Team isn’t able to process returns or refunds for Amazon purchases. But rest assured — you’ll still get the quality and support of Amazon’s return process.
