How do I return my Lindywell products?

We want you to love everything you order from Lindywell. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

• Products purchased in the Lindywell Shop can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as they’re unused and in original packaging.

• If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll happily replace it or issue a refund.

• To get started, just fill out our Support Form with your order details (and photos if applicable).

• Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
