How do I switch to an annual membership?

Switching to an annual membership is simple, and it’s a wonderful way to commit to your health while also saving money.

Here’s how to make the change:

1. Log in to your account page (web browser only).

2. Go to the Membership tab.

3. Click Switch to Annual.

4. Complete checkout and you’re all set!

Your payment method will process at your next renewal date, and your upgraded membership will begin then.

If you purchased through the Apple App Store:
Manage your subscription directly on your Apple device:

1. Open Settings.

2. Tap your name/photo.

3. Tap Subscriptions to edit your plan.
