You can easily turn captions on or off while your workout is playing. Just tap the “CC” icon in the upper right corner of the video. When captions are active, the CC icon appears in a white box. Tap it once to turn them off — the box will clear to confirm that captions are disabled.
If you’re using the Lindywell iPhone app and captions are still showing, you may need to adjust your device settings:

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Subtitles & Captioning

Toggle Closed Captions + SDH to off
