How often should I practice breathwork?

You can practice breathwork as often as you’d like — even daily. Many members enjoy starting or ending their day with a short session to feel calm, centered, and energized.

Our shorter practices are safe to use more than once a day, while longer meditative sessions can be done whenever you feel called to go deeper. The most important thing is to listen to your body and choose what feels supportive for you.
