How to Find or Restore Missing Lindywell Emails

If you are not receiving emails from Lindywell, they may be landing in your spam, promotions, or junk folders. Follow the steps below to locate our messages and ensure future emails arrive safely in your inbox.

Step 1: Check other folders

Look for recent Lindywell messages in these folders:

  • Spam or Junk

  • Promotions or Social (for Gmail users)

  • Trash

You can also search your inbox for hello@lindywell.com to find any messages that might have been misplaced.

Step 2: Mark Lindywell as a safe sender

To ensure future emails arrive safely, add hello@lindywell.com to your contacts or safe sender list. Choose your email provider below for specific steps.

Gmail      Outlook     Yahoo     Apple Mail

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail on desktop.

  2. Go to SettingsFilters and Blocked AddressesCreate a new filter.

  3. Enter hello@lindywell.com in the “From” field.

  4. Click Create filter, then select Never send it to Spam.

On mobile:
Open Gmail, go to Spam, open a Lindywell email, tap the three dots, and choose Report not spam or Move to Primary.

Outlook

  1. Open Outlook → SettingsView all Outlook settings.

  2. Choose MailJunk email.

  3. Under Safe senders and domains, add hello@lindywell.com.

On mobile:
Open Outlook, select a Lindywell email, tap the three dots, and choose Move to focused inbox.

Yahoo

  1. Go to the Spam folder and select a Lindywell email.

  2. Choose Report not spam or Move to inbox.

On mobile:
Open the sidebar → Spam folder → select the email → tap MoveInbox.

Apple Mail

Tap our email address at the top of a Lindywell email and select Add to VIPs.
