How to Unsubscribe from Lindywell Emails

If you no longer wish to receive emails from Lindywell, you can unsubscribe at any time.

To unsubscribe:

  1. Open any email from Lindywell.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.
  3. Click the Unsubscribe link.

Please note that unsubscribing from emails does not cancel your Lindywell membership. Your membership remains active and you can continue to access the app. If you would like to manage or cancel your membership, that is handled separately through your account.
