I can’t log in or access my membership, what should I do?

If you’re having trouble logging in, try these steps:

Log out and back in: In the app, go to the More tab, select Account Settings, and tap Log Out. Then log in again at app.lindywell.com/login.

Reinstall the app: Delete the Lindywell app from your device to ensure you get the latest version, then restart your device and reinstall the app. 

Try the web version: If the app still isn’t working, you can always log in from a computer or mobile browser at app.lindywell.com/login.
