# If I join as a monthly member, can I upgrade later?

Yes! Many members start with a monthly plan and upgrade later once they’ve experienced Lindywell. If you choose annual, you’ll also have a 30-day window for a full refund if it’s not the right fit. After that, your membership continues through the full year.
