I’m having trouble casting Lindywell workouts to my TV. What should I do?

If your Lindywell workouts aren’t casting to your TV, try these quick steps:

  1. Restart your TV. If your TV has built-in casting, go to Menu > System > Reset or press and hold the power button to reboot.

  2. Restart your Wi-Fi router. Refreshing your network often fixes casting interruptions.

  3. Turn off any VPNs. Casting may not work when a VPN is active.

  4. Check local network permissions. On your device, go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Local Network and make sure the Lindywell app is allowed.
