I’m new to Pilates, will this be a good fit for me?

Here’s how we make it easy for beginners:

  • New to Pilates category: Start here to learn Pilates principles, proper form, and how to modify each move as you build strength. We recommend beginning with Foundations of Pilates and repeating it as often as you’d like.

  • Exercise Tutorials & Modifications: Visit this section of your library for extra guidance on making workouts work for your body. Even Robin uses modifications on different days!

  • Personal progress tracking: Every time you complete a workout or breathwork session, check it off to see your journey reflected in your My Activity calendar.

Remember: There’s no right or wrong way to use your Lindywell app. Listen to your body, do what works for your schedule, and celebrate your progress along the way.
