# I’m new to Pilates, will this be a good fit for me?

Absolutely! Lindywell is a wonderful place to begin your Pilates journey. You don’t need prior experience — just a willingness to start moving.

Here’s how we make it easy for beginners:

- **New to Pilates category:** Start here to learn Pilates principles, proper form, and how to modify each move as you build strength. We recommend beginning with *Foundations of Pilates* and repeating it as often as you’d like.
- **Exercise Tutorials & Modifications:** Visit this section of your library for extra guidance on making workouts work for your body. Even Robin uses modifications on different days!
- **Personal progress tracking:** Every time you complete a workout or breathwork session, check it off to see your journey reflected in your *My Activity* calendar.

Remember: There’s no right or wrong way to use your Lindywell app. Listen to your body, do what works for your schedule, and celebrate your progress along the way.
