Is the Pilates for Beginners series for me?
Pilates for Beginners is a great place to start if you are new to Pilates or returning after a break. The workouts are designed to be gentle, effective, and easy to follow from home.
If you have specific injuries or health concerns, we recommend speaking with your doctor or physical therapist before beginning.
As you move through the series, remember that you do not have to be perfect to be successful. It is normal to feel challenged, and that is how you grow stronger. Modify movements whenever needed and listen to your body. Even Robin, our founder, makes adjustments in her workouts depending on how she feels that day.
