My Lindywell app isn’t working correctly. What should I do?

If your app isn’t loading, videos won’t play, or something just doesn’t look right — don’t worry! A few quick steps usually fix the issue:

  1. Log out and back in

  2. Update to the latest version

    • Apple: Open the App Store → Search “Lindywell” → Tap Update (or Open if already updated).

    • Android: Open the Google Play Store → Tap your profile icon → Manage Apps & Device → Find Lindywell → Tap Update.

    • If no update shows, you’re already on the newest version.

  3. Delete and reinstall the app

    • This ensures you have the freshest version and clears any stuck data.

  4. Restart your device

    • Power it off completely, wait a few seconds, then restart.
