My Lindywell app isn’t working correctly. What should I do?
If your app isn’t loading, videos won’t play, or something just doesn’t look right — don’t worry! A few quick steps usually fix the issue:

Log out and back in

Go to the More tab → Account Settings → Log Out

Then log back in at app.lindywell.com/login

Update to the latest version

Apple: Open the App Store → Search “Lindywell” → Tap Update (or Open if already updated).

Android: Open the Google Play Store → Tap your profile icon → Manage Apps & Device → Find Lindywell → Tap Update.

If no update shows, you’re already on the newest version.

Delete and reinstall the app
