# My video keeps freezing or buffering — what should I do?

If your workout video is freezing or buffering, lowering the video quality can help it play smoothly on your internet connection.

1. Play the workout in your app.
2. Tap the **A** (Auto) box in the top right corner of the video.
3. Choose **720p** or lower for smoother playback.
