We want you to feel confident in your Nourished Reset purchase. If the program is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting our Care Team. 

If you are outside the 7-day window, please know that you have lifetime access to all Nourished Reset resources. The program is designed to work at your own pace — the lessons are bite-sized, the meal plans are simple and adaptable, and the daily tools are designed to take just a few minutes. It is not all or nothing, and even small consistent shifts can lead to lasting change.
