# What is the refund policy for the Nourished Reset?

*This refund policy applies specifically to the Nourished Reset program only and does not apply to Lindywell memberships or the 21-Day Jumpstart.*

We want you to feel confident in your Nourished Reset purchase. If the program is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting our [Care Team](https://cla98.share.hsforms.com/2hkZocib6T9ubfgPtqzO7kg).

If you are outside the 7-day window, please know that you have lifetime access to all Nourished Reset resources. The program is designed to work at your own pace — the lessons are bite-sized, the meal plans are simple and adaptable, and the daily tools are designed to take just a few minutes. It is not all or nothing, and even small consistent shifts can lead to lasting change.

If you have questions or need support at any point in your journey, our [Care Team](https://cla98.share.hsforms.com/2hkZocib6T9ubfgPtqzO7kg) is always happy to help.
