What is the membership cancellation and refund policy?

We want you to feel confident in your Lindywell membership, and we make it simple to manage at any time.

Monthly and Quarterly Memberships
You can cancel anytime, and you’ll keep access to all of your Lindywell resources through the end of your paid period. Refunds are not available for monthly or quarterly plans.

Annual Memberships
Annual members can also cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, contact the Care Team here to request to receive a full refund.  After 30 days, you’ll keep access until your year ends, and your plan will not renew. Prorated refunds are not available.

How to cancel
Log in to your account from a web browser at lindywell.com/my-account. Select your membership settings to cancel. For step-by-step instructions, see How do I cancel my membership?.

A quick note: When you cancel, you’ll lose your secured membership rate.
