# What is the membership cancellation and refund policy?

We want you to feel confident in your Lindywell membership, and we make it simple to manage at any time.

Lindywell memberships are available in four types: monthly, quarterly, annual, and gift. Monthly, quarterly, and annual memberships renew automatically unless cancelled. Gift memberships are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. A gift membership can be applied to an existing active subscription.

**Monthly and Quarterly Memberships**  
You can cancel anytime, and you’ll keep access to all of your Lindywell resources through the end of your paid period. Refunds are not available for monthly or quarterly plans.

**Annual Memberships**  
Annual members can also cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, [contact the Care Team here](https://cla98.share.hsforms.com/2hkZocib6T9ubfgPtqzO7kg) to request to receive a full refund.  After 30 days, you’ll keep access until your year ends, and your plan will not renew. Prorated refunds are not available.

**How to cancel**  
Log in to your account from a web browser at [lindywell.com/my-account](https://lindywell.com/my-account/). Select your membership settings to cancel. For step-by-step instructions, see [How do I cancel my membership?](https://help.lindywell.com/how-do-i-cancel-my-membership?hsLang=en).

**A quick note:** When you cancel, you’ll lose your secured membership rate.
