What is the Pilates Inspired Weight Training series?

The Pilates Inspired Weight Training series brings together traditional strength training and the core principles of Pilates to help you build muscle, improve alignment, and support overall strength.

These workouts are not traditional Pilates sessions. Instead, Robin combines weight training exercises with Pilates cues and guidance so you can feel confident in your form, balance, and body awareness.

You can find Pilates Inspired Weight Training Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 in your Move Library. To locate the series:

  1. Open the Lindywell app or log in to your membership.

  2. Tap the Move tab to access the workout library.

  3. Scroll down to the “Series” carousel or tap the filter icon (three horizontal lines) next to the search bar.

  4. From there, scroll to “Series” and select Pilates Inspired Weight Training.

We also encourage you to explore other strength-focused workouts and series such as Toned In 10, Never Felt Better, Pilates with Weights, and Standing Barre with Weights.

Remember, you can always modify or drop the weights as needed. Listening to your body is the best way to build strength safely and effectively.
