Where can I find prenatal and postpartum resources in the library?
You can find all prenatal and postpartum-friendly workouts in your Lindywell library. Go to the Move tab, tap the three lines next to the search bar, then scroll down and select Prenatal-Friendly under the Focus category.
You’ll also have access to trimester-specific calendars (2nd trimester, 3rd trimester, and a blank version you can personalize) to guide your workouts.
