# Where can I find prenatal and postpartum resources in the library?

You can find all prenatal and postpartum-friendly workouts in your Lindywell library. Go to the [*Move* tab](https://app.lindywell.com/workouts), tap the three lines next to the search bar, then scroll down and select [**Prenatal-Friendly**](https://app.lindywell.com/workouts/workout-search?filters=%5B%7B%22id%22%3A%22Prenatal-Friendly%22%2C%22displayName%22%3A%22Prenatal-Friendly%22%2C%22attribute%22%3A%22category%22%7D%5D&query) under the *Focus* category.

You’ll also have access to trimester-specific calendars ([2nd trimester](https://help.lindywell.com/hubfs/Prenatal%20Calendars/LW-2nd-Trimester-Calendar.pdf?hsLang=en), [3rd trimester](https://help.lindywell.com/hubfs/Prenatal%20Calendars/LW-3rd-Trimester-Calendar.pdf?hsLang=en), and a [blank version](https://help.lindywell.com/hubfs/Prenatal%20Calendars/Blank-Prenatal-Calendar.pdf?hsLang=en) you can personalize) to guide your workouts.
