We offer a variety of different options for healthy recipes to our members. But following a meal plan isn’t required to be successful.
One of our core values is that we strive to eat for nourishment over restriction. We believe food is meant to be enjoyed! We offer recipes as a tool to support our health and well-being and our proven approach makes it easy for you to fuel your body well. Restrictive eating is never promoted here because we know that restriction is not sustainable.
