Can I lose weight with Pilates?

Yes, while many of our members report weight loss by embracing the Lindywell approach, we measure success in so many more ways than just a number on the scale.

We often hear from members that while the number on the scale hasn't changed, their clothes are fitting better, they feel less stressed, they feel stronger and more toned, and maintain a healthier lifestyle overall. 

Because Lindywell members are able to be much more consistent in their workouts, many of them find they don’t experience the up and down weight loss/gain they’ve experienced in the past. They experience the improvements in how they feel and what they can do with increased confidence, strength, mobility and overall health and well being.
