Can I lose weight with Pilates?
Yes! Many of our members report weight loss by embracing the Lindywell approach. They also report other results that are pretty unexpected.
Because our members are able to be much more consistent in their workouts, many of them find their bodies become more stable and they don’t experience the up and down weight loss/gain they’ve experienced throughout their lives.
Our members also share how their clothes fit better and they experience more confidence, and they feel more proud of their bodies when they look in the mirror.
They have a more positive outlook. They don’t feel the need to push themselves to do the intense workouts they’ve done before because they see results from Pilates, which is a much more gentle approach to health & well being.
