We provide you with a daily calendar where all you need to do is open the app and press play. No decision fatigue here!
If today’s workout doesn’t work, you can choose your own workout. Workouts are anywhere from 10 minutes to 40 minutes, and you can do what feels comfortable for you, no matter if you’re at an advanced level or if you’re just starting out.
We suggest starting with what feels good to you and at the time of day that works best with your schedule.
