What if I don’t exercise or I’ve never tried Pilates before, is this still for me?

Yes! Our members all have different reasons for why they started Pilates. Some have been working out for years but some have also been hesitant of exercise for one reason or another.  We exist to reintroduce women to their bodies when they feel they no longer recognize them!

The way we teach and the language we use to help you do the movement correctly is why our members who are new to Pilates, or exercise in general, find it so life-giving!

First, we really encourage you to be kind to yourself. We are here to help you find a way to move that leaves you feeling better than when you started.

We are here to support you as you gain confidence in bringing healthy movement into your life! To help you do that, we created a “New To Pilates” filter in the library to help you find the right starting point for you. 

There is also an entire section of the library dedicated to tutorials and modifications that helps build confidence so you can make it work for your personal needs. Modifications are expected. The best way to move forward is to listen to your body and do what’s best for you on any given day.
