What is the membership cancellation and refund policy?

Monthly and Quarterly Memberships

As a monthly or quarterly member, you can cancel at any time and you will no longer be charged. You’ll continue to have access to all of your Lindywell resources for the remainder of your paid membership. Refunds for monthly and quarterly memberships are not available.

Annual Memberships

As an annual member, you may also cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your purchase, you qualify for a full refund. To receive a refund, simply email hello@lindywell.com with your request.

After your first 30 days as an annual member, you can still cancel at any time to avoid automatic renewal. You will continue to have access to all of your membership benefits until it expires at the end of your year. Prorated refunds for annual memberships are not available.

When you cancel, you not only lose the benefits of your Lindywell membership, but also your current rate you currently have secured for your membership. You are always welcome back! The rate may be different as we are always working on making your membership even better!
